Gentlemen's Mastery is a 12-month hybrid mastermind and coaching program with quarterly mastermind events (in-person & virtual), monthly 1-day intensive workshops, weekly live Q&A calls, online courses, resources and a community of Renaissance Men dedicated to leveling up in all areas of life.
Gentlemen's Mastery is for Men who:
— Are willing to rise to a new level, in the pursuit of mastering themselves in all areas of life across the domains of mind, body, spirit, relationships & business.
— Feel called to discover their purpose and live a mission driven life in the service of their family, their community and their fellow human beings.
— Want to achieve total financial freedom and abundance, however, deeply understand that there is much more to life than just making money and sitting behind a fucking laptop slaving away.
— Are relentlessly committed to seeking the truth of who they are and why they are here.
— Feel devoid of passion, purpose and meaning, yet are willing to do whatever it takes to break out of their comfort zone in order to create the life they were born to live.
— Are sick and tired of living life as a one dimensional douche bag, and want to learn how to tie it all together across all domains of life.
Custom Built Battle Plan — Upon joining, you will complete a number of assessments that will allow Rhett to analyze every aspect of your personality, personal performance, health, spirituality, relationships, business and your current roadblocks/ problems you're trying to overcome.
You'll then have an introductory 90 minute session with Rhett where he will get total clarity on what you would like to achieve in each area of your life. If he believes you are capable of going bigger, he will challenge you to do so.
Once you both have total clarity, Rhett will formulate a custom battle plan which will provide you with a personal roadmap for the next 90 days in the following areas:
1. Life Design: Crafting your life vision, goal setting, discovery of unique X-factor & purpose, digital organization, knowledge management, learning optimization, systems building.
2. Performance:
— Mind: Mastering emotions, focus, discipline, goal achievement
— Body: Health optimization, sleep, nutrition, fitness and energy enhancement
— Spirit: Enhancing consciousness & integrating spiritual principles into every day life
3. Business: Product development, marketing strategy, sales conversion, 80/20 leverage.

Monthly Workshops — At the end of every month, we run a “BIG Picture” Workshop where Rhett teaches on a specific topic and shares his insights from the previous month.
Weekly Q&A Calls — You will have the open opportunity to join our weekly live Zoom group coaching Q&A calls where you will have the opportunity to receive direct personal coaching from Rhett.
